Adoption Rhode Island hosts a support and discussion group for adoptive and pre-adoptive moms. This group offers moms a chance to get together to talk about anything from issues and concerns to suggestions and fun tips. Meetings will be held at Adoption Rhode Island in Pawtucket every Tuesday from 6-7pm, beginning June 24th throughout the summer. (Full commitment is not required to attend.) Snacks and/or a light dinner will be served. Tips for Sibs

Our 'Tips for Sibs' workshops will continue throughout the summer months. Tips for Sibs is an interactive support group for children, 6 and older, with adoptive or pre-adoptive siblings. It gives kids a chance to come together in a relaxed and fun setting to discuss the differences and potential challenges that can arise when an adoptive child enters their family. The group will meet from 9:30-10:30 every other Thursday in our Pawtucket office, beginning at the end of June. If you are interested in attending or want to learn more

Express Yourself! - Magical Mosaics

Youth ages 8+ are invited to join us for a 2-part workshop, Tuesday & Thursday, August 26 & 28, as we design a mosaic photo frame. Participants are asked to bring one or more items that can be incorporated into their mosaic design. Attendance on both days is required in order to finish your frame.
